We are a small team spun out of a fund, building for buyers who are paid to be sceptical. The work is early and deliberate: firms join in cohorts, and what ships is shaped by the people using it on live deals.

Build under real constraints
MNPI classified at ingest and excluded from retrieval. Every mutation audited in the same transaction. The compliance team is a user, not an afterthought.
Learn the domain deeply
Diligence, IC memos, portfolio review, LP reporting. You cannot build this without understanding how investment firms actually work.
Set the defaults deliberately
The grounding behaviour, the boundary notes, the isolation model — those were decisions, not inheritances. The next set is still open.
