Scope

This policy covers the Capsrow website and the information we collect from visitors. It does not cover the data your firm puts into the Capsrow product — that is governed by your firm’s agreement with us, and the controls are described on oursecurity and trust page.

What we collect

• The email address you give us when you join the waitlist.
• Any name, firm or message you choose to include with it.
• Aggregate, anonymised usage analytics for the website itself.

How we use it

• To contact you about access to the product.
• To respond to what you asked us.
• To understand which pages of this site are useful.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train or fine-tune AI models.

Retention

Waitlist records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer needed for the purpose above, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your personal data, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us.
